Amazing how routine can get you stuck?

Your performance is slipping and before it gets you, you must get a hold of “it”. You need to be able to function again. You need to break the routine!

There are countless ways to do this!  Yoga, meditation, a day of skiing, etc, etc.  Some of these methods might work for you, others not.  Henrik Bothe gives you in a short two hour session the tools needed for your group to reboot in just a couple of minutes.  With simple juggling exercises he teaches people how to totally take their minds off the daily routine.  You will see how your creativity is flowing freely again when you come back to the task at hand after having given yourself a break.  You have broken the spell.

The best part of it all… it is really fun.

There are always new challenges/tricks to learn so it never gets boring. You can do it by yourself or even better… with a partner(s).
