I’d also like point your attention to my “second” hat.  I understand that you are dealing with serious issues at the conference but sometimes you can achieve wonders “going through the back door”.  I conduct a team building workshop called “Learn by Dropping the Ball” and it can be a great addition to do a workshop together with the performance.
